Coach Jill is a fierce believer in human potential — a lifelong athlete, dedicated parent of athletes, seasoned coach, and committed teacher. She built her foundation on a lifetime of athletic participation, carrying the discipline and grit of athletic life into every role she takes. As a parent, she’s navigated the highs and lows of youth, high school and college sports firsthand, giving her a practical, empathetic perspective on development, resilience, and balance.

In the coaching realm, Jill blends tough-minded accountability with wholehearted encouragement. Her teaching background sharpens her ability to break skills down, craft clear progressions, and meet each person where they are. Above all, Jill’s passion for athletics is driven by a singular life purpose: to help the people she works with believe they can achieve success — and then give them the tools, strategy, and confidence to make it happen.
